Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning results, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items. We will:
- Re-clean the item at no additional charge
- Provide a full refund if re-cleaning is not possible
- Work with you to find a satisfactory solution
Inspection Period
We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon pickup. If you notice any issues:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of pickup
- Do not wear or use the item
- Bring the item back to our facility for inspection
- Provide your receipt or order number
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that we cannot provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- Pre-existing damage that was not disclosed at drop-off
- Damage caused by hidden defects in the fabric or construction
- Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days
- Issues reported more than 48 hours after pickup
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear
Unclaimed Items
Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days may be disposed of or donated to charity. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking this action.
Subscription Cancellations
If you have a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid period.
Package Refunds
For bundle packages, refunds will be calculated based on the individual item prices, minus any discounts already applied. Unused portions of packages may be refunded on a prorated basis.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items
- Provide your order number or receipt
- Describe the issue in detail
- Return the item to our facility if requested
- Allow 5-10 business days for refund processing
